I’ve ordered the fiber optic service in advanced (I’m not receiving it yet and it is scheduled to be activated in June 2021), however I’d like to cancel it. I couldn’t get through the phone number 0800-0402 and unfortunately it’s only in Dutch language.
Any help much appreciated!
