Hi @Jan van KPN , is it possible to have a technician over to check the installation? It has been 4 days already. I don’t have fiber so the only cable I have is the grey DSL cable which is already plugged in using the Telefoonstekker. Additionally, I also don’t have a customer number. Why? I can’t find it in any of the emails. And I don’t have any invoice yet.
