Hey all,

I moved to a new address and my internet connection is not working. I had fill in the form and on my KPN app I can see my New address has been activated (I also received a confirmation email). I have connect my router and I can see that the DSL link is up. I reset the router just in case with no luck. Funny enough the internet move date was the 19th and I had internet in my old place until today (I am not sure if this should happen). Any ideas?
