Hello I'm leaving the country in 2 weeks and need to cancel my subscription. 
I already gave notice of my cancellation via kpn.com and received a mail saying my request will be process in 5 working days but this was 12 days ago and I still have no news…

What should I do now? Can sombeody help me cancel my subscription?
