I am afraid I have to dissapoint you in this situation. For now the existing Experiaboxes are doing what they should do. So as long as we have V10 and V10a we will send them out. 

Maybe in the future this will change, but not for now.

Thanks very much for the reply. Would it be possible to make a case as I should be considered as "new" KPN client . I understood that all new clients receive the new box.   I really want to have the WIFI6 capability to improve the data rate for tele-working. Any chance ?

@ngan Unfortunately you should not be considered as a new customer. Cause your Telfort contract just remained te same, just under the KPN name. I am afraid I cannot help you with a Box 12
