Dear KPN-forum,
due to myself leaving the country I cancelled my subscription a couple of weeks ago in one of KPN’s shops. However, I have yet to receive a confirmation of the cancelation.
I already sent router and receiver back as I, recently before cancelling everything, switched from TV & Internet to solely Internet. Hence, I already received a parcel with an “Antwoordnummer” and I was told to simply put everything in there (after I canceled everything in the shop).
Is it normal that the confirmation takes so long? Further, as I no longer live in the Netherlands I won’t be able to take note from it if they send it as a letter.
