I received my first invoice and it included:
Subscription - €1,13
One-time - €25.00
Total- €26,13
When submitted to the offer any one-time fee was deducted to zero. Why do I know have to pay 26 euro over and above my monthly subscription fee?

Hi
On the second page of your invoice it should show you exaxtly what those one-time costs are for.
If those are the activation costs and those should’ve been €0,-, then call us on 0800-0402 on workdays between 8:00 - 18:00 and on Saturdays between 8:00 - 17:00.
