Internet geht nur paar Minuten

Hallo Zusammen,

ich hab die „SIM ONLY“ mit unlimited Daten bestellt.

dafür benutze ich einen TP Link LTE Router.

Die Verbindung hat fast immer 3 von 4 Strichen. Jedoch funktioniert das Internet mal richtig super und dann geht es überhaupt nicht! Auch wenn ich wieder über die KPN App 1GB dazubuche, geht es immer nur zwischendurch mal.

 

Wo liegt der Fehler? Mit einem anderen Router besteht das Problem weiterhin.

What exact model of the TP Link LTE routers do you have? Where is it placed? Have you tried moving it already? Also, it might be that the place where you are using the router isn't covered by our network enough, on our Dekkingskaart you can see if we have any coverage in your area.

 

If the router is placed inside and you have plenty of coverage outdoors it might help to get an extra antenna (if the router has SMA-connectors to plug one in).       Der Router hat 3 von 4 Strichen bei der Verbindung stehen. Daher ist es ja so komisch! Und manchmal klappt das Internet auch super gut und dann 5 Minuten später nicht mehr.

      Das gleiche ist auch, wenn ich diesen Router nach draußen stelle. Mal ist es gut und dann wieder schlecht.

      Kann es etwas mit der KPN Karte zu tun haben?
      Ich habe den unlimited Tarif und auch schon mal über die KPN App 1 GB nachgebucht.
      Es sind ja pro Tag nur 5 GB zur Verfügung und dann muss man manuell nachbuchen.

      Wobei diese eigentlich nicht verbraucht sein können, da das Internet nur mal 5min einwandfrei läuft.

      Ich hatte diese Antenne gekauft und auch installiert! Das Signal lag bei 100%. Jedoch hatte das Internet die gleichen Abstürze wie vorher auch. Für kurze Zeit geht es und danach wieder kein Internet. Die Verbindung ist aber dauerhaft auf 100% gewesen!
