We hope this email finds you well! We are third-year students of The Hague University of Applied Sciences, Abigail, Jane, and Milena. We are studying International and European Law and currently taking the European Union Business Regulation course.  At the moment, we are contacting organizations and companies that attach value to compliance with competition and consumer protection laws.

We are conducting research on the problems that companies and organizations face in the area of competition and consumer protection, specifically what issues they usually face and what the concerns are of the relevant authorities. The answers to these questions will be the basis for a research report that analyzes the encountered problems and the measures that ensure compliance with the EU legislation, to finally provide recommendations and advice on how compliance can be further improved. We would also be interested in finding out more about the particular case concerning KPN and Reggefiber, to be more concrete with our findings.

Therefore, we would like to inquire whether any representative of KPN would be available for a short interview with us in the upcoming period, to discuss the current state of affairs of the company concerning competition law, as well as the measures taken to ensure compliance with the European Regulations. We would be grateful and very thankful if you were to accept our request, as you might have a very busy schedule. We would be very pleased to provide you with the list of questions that we would like to pose to you during the interview, for effective use of the short time you might be able to give us.
