522 origin connection time-out on website

Hoi,

I have a website which has a com.tr extension. The domain I bought from the domain provider metunic.com.tr. This provider has set DNS resolution towards cloudflare DNS service.

DNS 1 : dora.ns.cloudflare.com
DNS 2 : norm.ns.cloudflare.com

Cloudflare has an A Name set to the public ip of my KPN router. I have configured IP forwarding for HTTP requests.

However, this causes issues and I receive 522 origin connection time-out on the website: adaferyum.com.tr

If I look at on the internet, I see that there might be a whitelisting needed on KPN side. How can I resolve this issue.

I currently have a T-mobile home subscription as well and there if I configure the routing to that public IP, the site is online again.

Hello @bayrak, welcome! Unfortunately, I am not familiar with Cloudflare. I found this article about error 522, perhaps this can provide you with a solution.
