I am facing the same issue as i have to constantly interact with Azure File Shares for work and i cant do that using KPN internet 

It was working superfine while i was using t-mobile , Please advise if the filtering could be disabled on customer by customer basis ? badly need a solution to this or will have to change internet provider again

That is odd, there are no ports blocked on the modem as there is no use to block them and legally KPN isn't even allowed to block certain ports.

 

Are you trying to access Port 445 on an external network or on your own network? Was the IP address you had with T-Mobile whitelisted? Maybe the blocking happens because your IP address isn't recognized.


Hi @MalikJee, as @NHendriks mentions we're not blocking anything. Did you manage to find the cause of this issue?
