Een tijd geleden heb ik een TP-Link AX1500 aangeschaft als vervanging van de standaard KPN BOX.

Na gelezen te hebben op dit forum, en dit instelling daarvan gekopieerd te hebben, werkte alles perfect, ik heb daarna maanden lang geen problemen gehad.

Nu kwam ik vanmiddag thuis en opeens had ik geen internet, na wat instellingen nagekeken te hebben kwam ik er niet uit en heb ik de router een factory reset gegeven (ik had hiervoor de log niet opgeslagen, dit is een grote fout besef ik me nu).

Na de reset weer de instellingen van dit forum geprobeerd, en ook de instelling die KPN geeft in de PDF over het gebruik van een eigen modem, maar niks mocht baten.

Bleef telkens deze errors krijgen:

Als iemand enig idee heeft waar de fout zou kunnen liggen, of ervaring met hetzelfde probleem heeft, hoor ik het graag.

Het lijkt erop dat hij geen internetverbinding meer wil opzetten.
Je glasvezelmodem geeft geen rode lampjes of fout/alarm indicatie aan?
Heb je het glasvezelmodem al eens 2 minuten van de stroom gehaald?
Is er wel een werkende netwerkverbinding tussen glasvezelmodem en de TP-Link?

Krijg je nog wel een werkende internetverbinding met het KPN modem, ik neem aan dat je die nog hebt?
Werkt dat ook niet dan kan je het beste de klantenservice bellen 0800-0402, voor storingen 24/7 bereikbaar.

Glasvezelmodem geeft geen fouten aan, de kabel tussen het glazvezelmodel en de TP-link heb ik al vervangen zonder resultaat, ook het uit-en-aanzetten van het glasvezelmodem werkte niet.

Met wat testjes gekeken of er misschien helemaal geen verbinding was, maar als het glasvezelmodem uit stond, of de kabel er niet in zat dan kreeg ik een error dat er geen WAN kabel aangesloten was. Deze error is er niet met de oude en de nieuwe kabel.

Net de KPN box geprobeerd, die werkte niet, dacht dat het misschien aan oude instellingen lag dus die ook gereset maar nog steeds geen internet.

Ga morgen maar eens dat nummer bellen dan, in ieder geval bedankt voor het advies!

In de middag toen ik op werk was, zonder iets te hebben gedaan, is het internet plots weer gaan werken..
