How can I use partental control?

Maybe there was already someone with this question but I did not find it. Sorry

So I heard that with the KPN app I would be able to turn down internet access on selected devices, how parent control works. My son has several laptops and I would like to turn down the internet on them in the night. Could you please tell me how to do? I do not want to turn down on all devices just on selected computers.
