Installing Eufy security cameras on Experia Box V10 and 3 SuperWifi on 2,4GHz

Hi, I am trying to install two Eufy solo security cameras. They have to be connected to a 2.4GHz wifi. My experia v10 is connected with 3 superwifis, operating at 5GHz. I have followed the steps to make an extra WIFI at 2.4GHz and saved it with a different name than the default network. 

Unfortunately, the cameras still do not connect. Any ideas out there?

I'm afraid I don't have a universal solution for this and can only offer limited support from KPN. Maybe the community has some input on this.
Are you getting any specific errors?
Have you contacted Eufy's customer service about this?
