Problem with internet, connection sometimes disappears for 30 minutes to an hour

Dear, kpn

We have problem with the internet. Several time per day our internet disappear (30 minutes - 1 hour) and it’s very annoying. Also our internet speed should be 50MBit but usually test show only 15MBit.   

 

Could you please help us to solve this issue!

Are you experiencing this issue on Wifi or with a wired connection? In the case of Wifi I recommend our wifimanager this should have a solution for every situation!
If you're experiencing this on a wired connection I can take a look from this end. Could you give your modem a factory reset, update your profile and let me know?

Are you experiencing this issue on Wifi or with a wired connection? In the case of Wifi I recommend our wifimanager this should have a solution for every situation!
