Received only Sagemcom 4360. What about Experia Box

Hi,

Sorry that I can’t speak Dutch.

I have received Sagemcom 4360 on 11/12/2020 but not the V10. Do I have to order it seperately? If that is the case, I can’t find such a link.

Sagemcom 4360 doesn’t have wifi. 

I tried to connect to live chat 4 times. And chat was closed by KPN without answering my questions. How rude...

Does the Sagemcom look like this: 

v12

If so, then that's your router. Instead of the v10 or v10A we now provide our costumers with a V12. It should have Wifi. You can find the Wifi name and passfrase on the back of the box. I hope this helps! If it's still unclear, let me know.
