VPN does not work with my Box12 due to DNS settings?

Hello, I am also having some problems with DNS while using KPN box 12 router. The issue I am connected to my companies VPN but DNS is not correctly set so I cannot see some websites as I supposed to see. IT responded it as an router issue. How can I solve this?

    Strange, you say you are having problems with the DNS but have not yet checked if the DNS is set correctly?

    You can check which DNS server is used by checking the IP addresss of the configured DNS server via the CMD "ipconfig /all".

    You can check which DNS server is used by checking the IP addresss of the configured DNS server via the CMD "ipconfig /all".

    192.168.2.254. I think you are asking this. IT of my company told me the problem so I just copied their definition :D

    Can you post a screenshot of the DNS part of the ipconfig /all command?
