My email address keeps getting blocked.  I’ve been asked to change my password to restart access to my emails.  It’s happened several times over the last two months.  What can I do to prevent this from happening again?

Hello and welcome, @Paul Dundas. You've probably been blocked by our Abuse Team. You can check if your IP has been blacklisted: KPN blacklist. Of course, we only block you when we have a good reason. This could be for a couple of reason. To find out why you've been blocked, I'd advise you to contact our Abuse Team at abuse@kpn.com. My colleagues can tell you more about the reason and how to prevent this in the future.
