Outlook stuurt per e-mail onderstaande foutmelding. De telefonische servicelijn van KPN kan mij niet helpen en verwijst mij naar dit forum. Wie kan mij helpen?
Dit is de foutmelding van Outlook:
“You're seeing an error because of an issue with your email provider's security certificate. You may still connect to your email server, but be aware that this will be an insecure connection, and operations such as sending and receiving messages may fail.
In order to resolve this issue, please contact your email provider or IT administrator. Notify them that the server identity and trust chain listed in your provider's SSL certificate does not match the domain you're connecting to.
Houd er rekening mee dat het Outlook Mobile Support-team niet kan helpen bij het oplossen van dit probleem.”
