Can I order a KPN Unlimited simcard with a Revolut bank card?

Hello, I am trying to order an unlimited data sim card. I am wondering if a revolut card would suffice for this or if I need to go get a dutch bank account with a physical card. If so any recommendations would be appreciated

With sim only you can order it with any bank. there are however some exceptions.

if you have a foreign ID, the simcard will be deliverd by courier, then you need a physical bankcard

if you order it with a phone then you also need to have a physical bankcard
