I arranged my internet subscription yesterday, fort the 19th of the next month. Today I received an email that they will deliver the 2th of December. This date is not possible for me because i will not move until the 19th. When I go to the website to change this, they say it is not possible to make changes if are not done 3 months in advance, but I booked this service yesterday…

 

Any solution on this? Trying to reach KPN but it seems impossible.

Hi @marcsant, welcome to our forum! That's quick!
Our subscription will only start when you connect your modem (or after multiple weeks) so as long as you don't connect it before the 19th your subscription will be on hold and you won't be billed yet.
