Cancellation policy for moving abroad

Hi, 

 

I´ve communicated to the customer service that we are moving abroad and therefore we want to cancel the subscription as of 31st of July.

 

I need to return the equipment but I haven´t received the box yet, when are you planning to send the me box? we are leaving in one week.

In this case I think the best thing to do is call 0800-0402 again and have them confirm the cancellation went through okay.
