Since i got subscription on 31st Oct , my internet is not working for the reason of technical issues from KPN side and not solved yet . But it was deducted from my account . I would like to refunded what I am not able useĀ

In the event of a technical problem on our side, you are eligible for reimbursement of the subscription costs. You are entitled to a reimbursement of 1/30th of your monthly subscription costs per day. The malfunction must be resolved in order to apply for compensation.Ā
