About 2 weeks ago someone from KPN called me regarding renewing my membership for 2 years and offered me 6 months 50% discount. As I was facing some technical issues he told me he would call me back but until now I have not received another call.

Hey @Sal30, welcome to the forum! Unfortunately, this is not the place for a question like this. Renewals and such cannot be done via the forum. If a call back has been indicated, they usually happen within a week or two. But, it can happen that it slips through the cracks and gets forgotten. In that case your best bet is to just call us on our (free) number 0800-0402.
