Hi @Alicects! Welcome to the forum. On page 2 of your invoice it says what is being charged for what. And for which period of the month. Could it be a temporary discount has ended? 

For whatever reason I cannot start a new thread, so I'm just latching on to this one

Up until now I've had a discount of 7,50, but suddenly this month it was reduced to 7,25, and I cannot find any explanation anywhere.

The itemization on page 2 used to say:

  • KPN Internet 100 Mbit/s 42,50
  • Actiekorting eerste 6 maanden -7,50 

But now says:

  • KPN Internet 100 Mbit/s 42,50
  • Actiekorting eerste 6 maanden -7,25

25 cents isn't a big deal, but I find it curious that I cannot find an explanation for why the discount stated in our signed contract has changed.

Strange to read that your discount appears to have changed. 

I would like to check what happened here. Could you fill in your forum profile and let me know when you did? 


The amount of €0,25 is exactly 1/30 part of €7,50. That’s one day. So I think your discount started one day earlier than your first billing period and therefore ends one day earlier on this current period. Didn’t you already receive this €0,25 six months ago? Check your first invoice.
