Do I have to pay activation costs again when I move?

Hi everyone,

Currently, I have an internet connection at home from another provider, but I want to switch it to KPN. However, at the end of May, I'm going to move to another house. I verified that both of the addresses have KPN fiber up to 1 gbits. 

My question is: am I going to pay this activation cost (25 euros) again when I reported my move, or do any other installation costs exist?

Hi @BerkC, welcome to our forum. The activation costs only applies when you have a new subscription. When you move your current subscription is doesn't apply, it's free.

Moving when you are in a contract with KPN is totally free of charge. So don’t worry about that.
