Hi!

I connected KPN Internet at home and paid the bill on September 9th. Today (14.09) I saw that I was charged again for the first month and the connection. How can I refund one payment?

Normally KPN collects the bill payments bij ‘automatische incasso’, so you don't have to pay it manually.

Did you pay the first bill manually? If so then you will get a refund as soon as the system detects that there are 2 payments for the same bill.

Thank you for your reply. I moved to the Netherlands this August, for this reason, I have not yet figured out how all payments work) Yes, I paid manually for the first time. 

Do I have to do something to refund?

It should happen automatically, it can take some time before you actually get it back on your bankaccount.


If there is a double payment then you should receive your money back in 10 workdays. (2 weeks) for next time; KPN collects your money automatically, you dont have to transfer it yourself.
