hi! it so terrible.. on 16.08.2023 I ordered Home internet, since then, it is not working and I want to cancel my subscription.
I went 7 times to different stores, I filled out 2 times online forms. when i called KPN customer service they jus hang up on me .
Then when finally I spoke with person, they didn't ask for much information, and said okay, we'll get back to you tomorrow. So, I hope it will be like that . but i have feeling in my gut that it wont work.. so sad…
