Please I have tried to contact support for over a month. I called in July to cancel my subscription and they said that it was successfully canceled. Then they charged me 94 euros in August when my subscription was 34. And now you keep charging me even though the contract has ended. 

 

Please can I get an email from customer service? I have blocked the payment from my card so it won’t proceed.

You indicate that your subscription has been terminated, yet you are still receiving invoices. This should not be the case if it has truly been canceled. I see that I do not yet have your information, so I cannot provide much more insight at this moment. Would you please provide your profile with the necessary details? Please let me know once you've done that, and I will check the status for you.

However, I would not advise you to stop payments to prevent reminders. It's an automated system, and if you have overpaid, you will, of course, receive a refund for the excess amount.
