I've been trying to cancel my subscription for months. And I am still paying and no one contacts me.
I contact your customer support multiple times by phone people leave me on hold. I subscribe you have the worse service I have ever expired  in my life its unethical and shameful how you do everything possible to sell things to sell your customers and then hide information and help from them.

This surely isn't the way it's supposed to go!

If you visit your Forum Profile and fill in the fields about the subscription you would like to cancel. A KPN Employee (moderator) will be able to have a look at your subscription details and might be able to help you out.

Another way is to get in touch with KPN via this page, if you click "Liever gebeld worden?" a customer services employee will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Let's hope the issue will be solved as soon as possible.

This is indeed not the way it's supposed to go. How did you cancel your subscription? And did you get the confirmation by e-mail?
