Hi,

 

I called over three times to cancel my subscription for both mobile and internet.

I called for internet in August and returned all HW in early September (have receipts). I'm still getting bills 2 months later.

I also called to cancel mobile in September. But it's still not cancelled and I'm still getting billed.

This is a total of over 150 euro in costs since I cancelled. 

I have spent hours (have screen shots) on hold trying to contact KPN and cancel my subscription. Literally took me 60 minutes to get through to anyone on one occasion.

 

Now I'm in America and trying to call is even harder. This is literally hell. KPN is a complete nightmare and the biggest regret I have in my life.

That's unfortunate to hear. Did you manage to resolve this issue yet and have they clarified why they didn't process the cancellation? Were you asked to provide additional prove of your move to the US?
