No order confirmation received

Hello, I have helped a friend apply for WIFI for her home on KPN website on 23rd October. KPN said it would send her a confirmation letter afterwards. But so far she received nothing fron KPN. What should we do? Do we need to apply again?

@Qian Wang sorry to hear your order didn't go through. I`m curious though why the colleague didn't start a new order instead of referring you to the KPN forum. Because of some data we need to ask for confirmation when ordering a new subscription, ordering through the phone is always preferred. 

Does it involve an offer that can't be ordered through our site (Google translate link)? 

What I can at least do for you is see if there is a clear reason the order was cancelled. Please fill in your profile to allow me to see your data in our system. 🙂
