Dear KPN,

I have tried updating my payment details multiple time as instructed in other forum threads (on my KPN). It says the new account number is successfully saved, however, when I leave the page and then come back, the IBAN is back to the old one. What do I do? Thanks!

I am afraid there is still a bug with changing your payment details online. 

The best thing to do is follow @Noordzee advice.
