Hi. I have been charged a one-off cost for the month of February and I don’t exactly understand why. It should be a normal month, with no changes in my subscription plan or any instalation fees, so I’m not sure where the extra cost comes from. I have already paid instalation costs in my first month after I subscribed, back in November. Could you look into this please?
