Payment with Revolut, or do I need a Dutch bank account?

Hallo,

I am interested in getting a Sim Only subscription, but I would like to ask if it’s possible to request it and pay the first bills with Revolut, or do I need to open a Dutch bank account first?

In order to start a sim only subscription you will need a Dutch bank account number. After the order has been completed you can change the bank account number to a european IBAN number if you wish.

Could you let me know if this is enough information?
