Purchases being made and billed to my iPhone account?

Hi folks

I’m very confused as recently my apple purchases are being billed to my phone account?  I do not want this and need to know how I can cancel this?

The only way that can happen is that you or someone else must have activated that.

You can deactivate it in the Apple Store: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203905
