Return equipment for canceled KPN contract

Good Afternoon,

I already canceled my contract  because i am leaving the country, but the packages will be arriving after my departure date. Can I return the equipment before the cancellation date in other box? If affirmative, which address and which equipments should i include in the box, I had internet and television.

Yes, you can use another box to return the equipment.
You only have to return the modem, tv receivers and the poweradapters.
The cables and remote control don't have to be returned.

Include a note with your details, name, address, customber number.
Send it with PostNL to:

Keep the return receipt (ontvangstbewijs) for a couple of months.
