I have already made the payment for my internet charges in April 2023 but the invoice status shows that the payment is not done ,

Payment was done on 25th April

How did you make the payment? By manual transfer?

Which KPN account number (IBAN) did you use?

Have you provided your customer number and/or invoice number?
