I am a new customer. I joined on 22nd October, 2024. But for some reason I received 3 invoices in my email. 3 separate invoices. My monthly subscription is 55/month.  But I received 3 invoices, 40euros, 35euros and one for 55euros. Only one can show in my kpn. I tried calling twice but the person on the other side of the call said they don’t know about the other 2 invoices because only 1 shows in my kpn.But the money was deducted from my account. I refunded it. Only left for the invoice that shows in my kpn. And I got another email from kpn saying I need to pay in 5days. 
But I don’t understand how is it possible that I subscribed for 55/month and I am getting such a big bill for just 1month. 
I couldn’t get any explanation from the call center because they said they cannot see the invoices. They only see one.

If there is only 1 published invoice, that should be the only one you should pay so I don’t understand what the other deducted amounts are for. This isn't something I can check out or fix, so I strongly suggest you contact the departement ’collections’ within office hours, they are able to check the 3 transactions to find out where this is going wrong.  You can make an appointment via our digitale assistent, I really hope this can be fixed soon!


Is there any progress ​@Matooke? Have they been able to figure out wat was going wrong? 


I am on vacation out of Europe till next month. I asked a friend to pass by the KPN office and ask but they couldn’t assist her. They said they needed my ID to check for the other 2 invoices because they couldn’t see them in the system. They only see one.
