Unexpected roaming costs on invoice

To the management of KPN

I do not agree on the amount fee for the last invoice.

I have blocked the max amount to 38 Euro each month plus I have MADE SURE to TURN OFF THE ROAMING ..

I am myself in telecommunication GSM business networking

Please refund me with the difference between 91 to 38 Euro
