I applied for an internet connection last Saturday. My activation date is 14th September.  I want to know the status of my application.  But  I can't find my customer number in any email or sms that I have received from KPN. I have received an order confirmation email which has 3 attachments. None of them had a 10 digit customer number. Can some one help me identify from where can I get that number. Thanks

Je klantnummer voor je KPN-Thuisabonnement (internet en TV) is te vinden in:

  • MijnKPN, online (https://account.kpn.com/#/) of de App 
  • De factuur, (maandelijks via de mail) of in MijnKPN 
  • De omschrijving van de incasso op je bankrekening 

i know that but order confirmation email is sent from kpn. But there is no Customer number in this email. There is an order number only. Also the fee of my order hasn't withdrawn yet. I need internet emergency beacause i work at home. I want to cancel my order


@gkolanci if you want to cancel your contract, the way do do that is to call to 0800-0402. 

Could you let me know if that provided the solution?
