Hi Team,

 

I have recently taken KPN internet connection starting from 04/12/2023 and my contract is supposed to be 2 years. However, when I login to my subscription overview page it says the contract end date is is 04/12/2026, which means the contract duration is 3 years. But, this is wrong as the contract duration should be 2 years only.

 

I already tried to reach customer care, however they said it is not known to them how to fix this and I am facing really difficulty to find someone in KPN customer care service to help me with this.

Can anyone please take a look into this issue of mine and help me?

Hi @Ajitav, the contract should have the correct duration of course. Via the forum we don't have an option for this. The duration was mentioned in the confirmation of the order, when something is not correct in the confirmation, it's important to call (0800-0402) us as soon as possible to fix it. That is your best option in this case.
