Wrong invoice: internet outside NL is charged

In the last invoice for the period from 01.06. until 30.06. I was charged for internet outside the Netherlands even though I have an unlimited package that includes internet use in other EU countries as well.
Please correct invoice.

Hi @Ante1974, were you inside the EU or somewhere else? Is it possible you’ve made contact with an network outside of the EU? If you would like me to look into it, could you please update your forum profile with your adress, customer number and 06-number?

How much has been charged?

Did you receive a sms that you were outside of the EU?

Did you travel with a ferry or have you been on a Greek Island near the coast of Albania or Turkey?
