So I send my return box on the 21st January and it arrived at your return centre on the 24th January 3SLFVZ256115829 on postnl. since you sent me the box without paperwork, i sent you the box to the address provided on your webpage under “if you didn't receive the box, please send it to us to the address

However, today 16th February i got an email from you stating “we haven't received anything from you”. Please, with the code above, see if you can find it in your premises. Thanks, Rita
