Hello. My connection start date is 27/11/2023 but I already have an equipment which supports vlan and also mediaconverter from KPN. Can you activate my contract early?

You already received the installation package? Normally we send this out in the week before you can start the installation. When you already have the equipment, you can try to install it, it may work. If it doesn't work, then you'll have to wait. I don't have the option to activate the connection earlier.
