Hello there and apologies for writing in English. I have noticed that there is a regular recurring charge for data bundles on my mobile phone invoice. I would like to cancel this charge but I cannot do it via MijnKPN, nor can I find any information about this on the KPN website. Can you help me please?

As far as I know there are no automatically recurring data bundles on a mobile subscription. Only extra (limited period) bundles which you have to order each time. Can you show page 2 of your invoice? Please make personal information invisible, like phone number and sim cardnumber.
