Hello,

Can you please tell me when will I receive my first invoice? 
 

Yesterday I received this message:

”Beste klant, vandaag start uw nieuwe factuurmaand. Uw actuele bundelstand is beschikbaar op de MijnKPN app. Groet, KPN”

 

but invoice nowhere to be found.

 

I don’t wanna get to debt or anything, every advice counts.

The invoice normally appears in the MijnKPN app 3-4 days after the message you've received.
The amount due will be debited from your bankaccount one week later.

Yes I did, but it was after almost one and half months which I understand now since it’s my first invoice and I started in the middle of the month but it’s the reason why it was concerning.

OK, that's clear. The first invoice often takes a bit longer.
I had the same experience when I started my subscription last year. From now on, you will receive an invoice once a month on the same day.
