I have already move fro thecountry and need to cancel my connections

What is the best way as I can see I need to call the customer care Telephone number - which is not possible right now

Can I send any request or email from the resgistered email to cancel the contract

Hello @faizalism, normally you use KPN.com to let us know you want to cancel the contract you have with KPN, with proof of your movement to a foreign country. 
However i see that you are already out of your contract for the internet and tv service. 

The only thing that is now needed is to fill in the form for a normal cancellation of your contract: https://www.kpn.com/service/administratie/opzeggen/opzegging-doorgeven.htm
