I have this same problem.einddatum contract 7.12.23 ,today factuur for 08.01-08.02 .not sens

another month and I have to pay the same amount again. the contract was valid until December 23. a month earlier, still resignations. it's February and I have to pay, and I haven't used the internet since December 7, 2023

Just be sure, you did cancel your subscription with KPN? Did you receive the confirmation of the cancellation by e-mail? Would please post this here? Of course without your personal data. 


I called at the beginning of December.  And I called again on Saturday.  e-mail missing!


May I check this for you? Would you please fill in your KPN profile and let me know when it's done?
