A new tenant has signed up for WiFi at the address where I live, so my order has been cancelled and someone has returned the router and other equipment for me. However, they are still sending me invoices and asking me to pay. Can you help me resolve this issue?

Hi @yueyi, welcome! It sounds like your order wasn't actually cancelled. Someone else signing up for internet from us, and you returning your installation package doesn't automatically cancel your order. It is quite likely that your order was continued, and the new order was canceled. The quickest way to get this figured out and sorted is to contact us for one on one help. This can be done via telephone at 0800-0402 (free). For additional information you can also get in touch with my colleagues on one of our social media channels (Facebook / X). They can look into things for you and let you know what is going on. For cancellations, the phone is the best option.
